Cerebral Palsy Department

Students with Cerebral Palsy are grouped according to age and cognitive ability. Each student follows an I.E.P. Specialized classroom teachers address the physical, cognitive and sensory needs of each child. They work closely with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists to develop gross motor, fine motor, cognitive and communication skills of students. Some students may receive hydrotherapy provided by trained physiotherapists and some may follow a Sensory Integration Program set by an Occupational Therapist.
