Our History

The foundation of Ideal Education School was driven by Munira who suffered from severe cerebral palsy and inspired her parents with the blessing of Allah. The school first opened its doors in 1996 in the Jabriya district.

In September 2000, the school relocated to Sharq, in the north-eastern part of the Kuwait City, near the heart of the commercial district, close to the Gulf Coast, due to the increasing number of students. IES operates under license through the Ministry of Private Education and is regularly inspected by the Ministry of Education and the Higher Council for the Handicapped.

The school is a Member of the Canadian Bureau of International Education and in the process of attaining international accreditation from the Council of International Schools (CIS).
